Phone number; surname, first name, patronymic or pseudonym; photograph; city; language; interests; information about bookings, consultations, reviews and wallet transactions; messages and files in consultation chats; requests to the AI assistant Lucy; technical device data (identifier, push notification token, IP address). For specialists, additionally: information about education and experience, legal status, INN (taxpayer ID), OGRNIP (sole proprietor registration number), bank details, and information about income and payouts.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration in the DealApp (Дилап) service; matching with specialists; booking and conducting consultations; accepting payments and settlements; verification of specialists; user support; ensuring security; compliance with legal requirements.
3. Actions performed with personal data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the specialist or client within a consultation and to the YooKassa payment service, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — both with and without the use of automated means.
4. Term and withdrawal
This consent remains valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent by sending a request to [email protected] with the subject line «Withdrawal of consent», or by deleting your account in the app settings. After withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing where there are grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (for example, to perform a contract or to comply with legal requirements).
