FAQ
How much does a consultation cost?
Each expert sets their own price: per minute, per 30 or 60 minutes, or as a package. The price is always shown on the expert’s card before the consultation starts.
How does payment work?
You top up your in-app wallet by bank card or SBP (Faster Payments System); payments are processed by YooKassa. When you book or call, the required amount is held; after the consultation the actual time is charged and the rest is returned to your wallet.
Do I need to install the app?
No. The catalog, Lucy, booking and calls work right in the browser on your phone or computer. The Android app is handier for booking notifications and incoming calls.
What if I can’t make it?
Cancel your booking in advance — it’s free within the cancellation window set by the expert (1, 12 or 24 hours). See the cancellation and refund rules for details.
What if the expert doesn’t show up?
If the expert doesn’t join the consultation, the held amount is fully returned to your wallet.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. In anonymous mode the expert can’t see your name or photo — only a nickname.
How are experts verified?
Before their first payout, experts go through verification: they confirm their status as self-employed, sole proprietor or company via INN (tax ID) and bank details, and then a moderator reviews the profile.
